Payment Policy
Payments for orders placed with WMMD must be made using one of our approved payment methods and received within 24 hours. Orders will be immediately canceled if payment is not received within 48 hours. Orders that are canceled cannot be put back into the processing stage. An order will remain canceled and a store credit will be issued if a payment is received after the order has been canceled. Payments for late orders will not be refunded.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled as soon as possible by getting in touch with us before shipping. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. Orders will be immediately canceled if payment is not received within 48 hours.
Refund Policy
Here at WMMD, we take customer safety and product quality extremely seriously. Our strict standards for product testing enable us to guarantee that the goods you receive from us is of the greatest caliber. We urge you to contact our support team for more help if, in the unlikely event that you obtain a product that you believe falls short of the quality standards you were hoping for. Every refund request will be examined separately by our management team in order to identify the appropriate course of action. We reserve the right to issue Store Credit in lieu of a refund if we decide that one is required. Your order amount and payment method will influence the type of refund you receive. We will work with each customer to come to a solution.
All customer concerns and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order’s delivery. We are unable to provide any refunds for orders after 7 days.
If you for some reason receive a product that is defective, please let us know within 7 days so we can investigate right away. Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team and a store credit or replacement product will be given when appropriate. Replacement products will only be sent in the case of defective items. WMMD reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on a case by case basis.
Credits will be given in the form of a coupon code. Each coupon code can only be used one time. If the credit is not used in full, the remaining credit becomes void and WMMD will be unable to reissue a new coupon code for the remaining balance.
In the rare event that a customer is unhappy with an order we will work with the customer to determine best course of action to resolve the matter.
Refunds are contingent to our management team’s permission.We will only be allowed to give a refund for unopened items if numerous identical items are purchased. Please do not open the remaining goods if an item you have opened is not suitable. Instead, get in touch with customer support straight away. Our management staff will decide which products are defective on an individual basis.
Our support or management team may request additional evidence that may aid in the investigation of your ticket. This may include asking photo photos, videos, or other information. If the requested information is not provided or refused, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, store credit, or return of any product.
