We appreciate you shopping with us! Our shipping policy describes how we process, ship, and fulfill purchases that you place on our website.

WMMD will always make every effort to guarantee the prompt and safe delivery of your products. Every package will arrive in a discrete, unremarkable container.

To guarantee that your products arrive undamaged, packages will be securely packed with paper stuffing or eco-friendly packing peanuts and sealed in a plastic tear-proof bag.

 

Please notify us within seven days if you receive a product that is damaged so we can look into it immediately. Our management staff will analyze each complaint and, if necessary, issue a credit or replacement merchandise. We will only provide replacement products if the original item is defective. On a case-by-case basis, WMMD retains the authority to decide on the proper compensation (credit or replacement).

 

All of our packages are shipped through a traceable and secure method. In the rare event that a package goes missing or is damaged, we will do our best to make the situation right. This includes investigating with the shipping courier, and replacing, crediting, or refunding the order.

 

We will take action to get in touch with you and adjust your purchase in the extremely unlikely event that an item goes out of stock or disappears from your order before it ships. For up to three days, we shall make an effort to get in touch with the client. We will choose a replacement item that most closely resembles the one you selected on the third day. We won’t give you a refund or credit for any replacement items we decide to use if we don’t get in touch with you.

 

WMMD will always ship to the address used during checkout. If this address is incorrect this may result in delays in shipping as well as additional shipping fees. WMMD reserves the right to charge a customer an additional shipping charge to re-ship any packages for any reason, including incorrect postal address being used at checkout.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1pm PST will be sent the same day!
